1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of the minimum confirmation fee (INR 1/-) and receipt of a confirmation message from our team via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change based on seasonality and fuel price variations. The agreed-upon price at the time of booking confirmation will be honored. Full payment must be made upon arrival or as per the agreed schedule.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to service are eligible for a full refund of any deposit (excluding the INR 1/- processing fee). Last-minute cancellations may incur a penalty fee equivalent to one day's rental.
4. Vehicle Usage
Vehicles provided are for the specified itinerary. Deviations from the route may incur additional charges. Luggage capacity is per the vehicle category booked.
